The media room has a 52" TV, comfortable seating and a fireplace and the library with a fireplace and a bar hidden in the bookcase. The property has its own billiard room, tennis and volleyball courts. The Albedor also offers a boathouse with a 2,000+ sq.ft. game room / event space and huge deck overlooking the lake.
The Carriage House has a fully equipped huge kitchen with double ovens, commercial gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer and custom hand-crafted hickory cabinets to allow you to cook and entertain around the granite L shaped island with a TV. At the far end of the kitchen, boasts a dining room table that seats 10, so you will enjoy your meals with epic views of the property and the lake. The spacious living room allows plenty of room to play a game, listen to music, enjoy a movie on the 70 inch flat screen TV or just put your feet up on the oversized sofa and relax. There is a half bath off the living room. Exit through the sliding glass doors and enjoy the sunset sitting high above the lake on the original stone walled patio. The Carriage House has 3 bedrooms each with king sized beds. There are 2 full baths upstairs with custom walk=in showers. The Carriage House offers a private grass beach area with a fire pit.
