For being located near a main road, Lewey Lake is peaceful and full of fishing opportunities.
This is a wonderful trip in the fall, but also in the spring when all the trees bud out in gold and green. There are many scenic pull-offs for photo opportunities.
Lake Adirondack is also known as Adirondack Lake. Once on the lake be sure to check out the northeast bay for the most scenic areas. The shallows and many small islands give the lake some neat features to explore.
