Mr. Tom Martin from the NYSDEC Region 5 office in Ray Brook and local NYSDEC officials from the Northville office will be the presenters. This session is being held to provide the community with information about the terms of the Conservation Easement purchased by New York State and the Interim Easement Plan covering the Speculator Tree Farm and surrounding areas, and to provide an opportunity to comment on the Permanent Recreation Plan for the area; which is currently being drafted by NYSDEC.
